Marc United States Navy veteran and a member of numerous civic organizations. He was twice elected to serve in the Georgia House of Representative. During this time he sponsored legislation to address the long-term water needs of the Southeastern states. He also successfully carried legislation (HB 118) that increased awareness and penalties for individuals intentionally placing false calls for emergency service (i.e. swatting calls) designed to cause harm to another person. His committee assignments included Economic Development and Tourism, Appropriations, Banks and Banking, and Interstate Cooperation.
