Marc, the driving force behind The Talmadge Group, takes pride in exceeding expectations for both clients and candidates. With over 20 years of experience, Marc has dedicated his career to helping businesses scale through strategic hiring and empowering candidates to advance in their careers. Companies of all sizes have relied on Marc and Talmadge for high-quality, scalable staffing solutions that foster growth and success.

A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Marc continues to serve his community through active involvement in civic organizations. He also served two terms in the Georgia House of Representatives, where he championed impactful legislation. Among his key achievements, Marc sponsored initiatives to address the Southeast’s long-term water challenges and passed legislation targeting the growing threat of false emergency service calls (commonly known as “swatting”). His leadership extended across multiple committees, including Economic Development and Tourism, Appropriations, Banks and Banking, and Interstate Cooperation.
